ICE – Scams, Fraud & Predatory Lending – 3CE
Instructor: Grant Simon

This course also covers HOEPA (Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act), which was established in 1994 to combat these types of unprofessional practices and shield buyers from their detrimental effects.
Objective: Provide examples of how scams, fraud and predatory lending work, identify what qualifies as one of these scams, and show the client what to look for to avoid predatory lending schemes.
