Paul Cohen has been a Fort Myers resident since 2011 but has been coming to SW Florida since 1985. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Management from Rutgers University and has over 35 years of experience in the Banking industry related to Credit and Real Estate. In addition to serving on the Professional Development and MLS Committees, Paul is also a licensed Community Association Manager, Past President of the SW Florida Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors, a Certified Fraud Examiner, Chairperson of the Finance Advisory Committee of the Lee County School Board, Member of the Lee County Attainable Housing Committee, Officer on an HOA Board and Past Treasurer of a Condominium Association Board. His goal is to help make the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association the envy of other Realtor Associations through improved training, better use of technology and better use of the Association's financial resources. He is passionate about making Southwest Florida better for its residents and all businesses as evidenced by his community involvement. Throughout his 35 years serving in these various roles, he has learned how to effectively lead teams and entire organizations though business and strategic plans as well as increasing the day to day operations of each organization he has had the honor to serve. He plans on bringing this experience into his role as Director for the Board.
